Ms. Wilberg is a founding shareholder of Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Inc. Founded in 1992, the small company with two properties and 150 employees grew to nine properties with a staff of 3,000. As the Chief Operating Officer of Gateway Casinos and Entertainment, Ms. Wilberg was responsible for strategic operating decisions as well as management of the execution and measurement of performance. Ms. Wilberg is an active angel investor and mentor to several local, gluten-free, niche vegan food operations. She holds an ICD.D designation granted by the Institute of Corporate Directors.
