Neelima Paladugu is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive leadership experience in the global corporate sector. Currently serving as the Global Chief People Officer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer since September 2024, Neelima previously held the same title at Dentons from 2021 to September 2024. Prior to that, Neelima was the Global People Managing Director at Deloitte from 2004 to 2021. Additional experience includes roles in human resources at IBM Global Services (2003-2004), PwC (2000-2002), and Accenture (1996-1999). Neelima holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Political Science, and English Literature from St. Joseph's College.
