Jordi Wals is an experienced legal professional specializing in Corporate and M&A law. Currently employed as an Advocaat at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer since October 2022, Jordi previously held the position of Advocaat and Partner at w+o advocaten from January 2020 to October 2022 and served as a legal consultant at Wals Legal from March 2018 to October 2022, providing various legal services to law firms, corporates, and private equity investors. Significant experience as a senior M&A lawyer was gained during interim assignments at ASML Holding N.V. Additionally, Jordi worked as an Advocaat and Managing Associate at Linklaters from April 2011 to February 2018, including a secondment to Linklaters S.L.P in Madrid.
