David Livshiz is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer since August 2013, where representation includes financial institutions, multinational corporations, and industry organizations in commercial litigations and regulatory investigations. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from October 2006 to June 2013 and serving as an Adviser on Counter Terrorism at the Permanent Mission of Palau to the United Nations from May 2005 to October 2006. David Livshiz holds a JD from New York University School of Law (2006) and a BA in Economics and History from the University of Michigan (2002).
