Additionally, they have experience in quality management and training implementation from their time at Eicher Tractors and Modi Rubber Limited.

Sunil Bhargava completed their Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology in 1988. Prior to that, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya AMC Center Lucknow.
