Lucy Asker possesses extensive experience in the food production sector, currently serving as Technical Manager at Freshcut Foods since September 2019, where previous roles included Quality Assurance Manager, Customer Quality Technologist, and Process Technologist. At Melton Foods, from June 2018 to September 2019, Lucy was involved in the development of Chilled Food to Go Products, overseeing product management from concept to launch. Lucy's career commenced with a 12-month industrial placement at JDM Food Group Ltd as a Student Technologist from July 2016 to July 2017, gaining multidisciplinary experience in Production, Procurement, Technical, NPD, Manufacturing Sales, and Food Service. Educational background includes a degree in Nutrition and Food Science with Professional Training from the University of Reading (2014-2018) and A-levels in Biology, Psychology, and Fine Art from Wymondham High Sixth Form (2012-2014).
