Dave Marino is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in both instructional and management roles. Since August 2016, Dave has served as Executive Chef and Director at Fresh Ideas Management, LLC, while simultaneously contributing as an Adjunct Instructor in Hospitality at the Illinois Institute of Art Schaumburg since July 2015, focusing on subjects like Nutrition and Menu Management. Additionally, Dave has been a Chef Instructor at the College of Lake County since September 2009, teaching various culinary courses including French and International Cuisine. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Dining Services and Executive Chef at The Summit of Uptown from November 2010 to March 2016. Dave holds a Master of Science in Instructional Education and Design from Kaplan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Management from The Art Institutes.
