Charlie M. Colon is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in overseeing engineering departments, property management, and construction projects within the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Facilities Building Manager at Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc. since July 2015, Charlie is responsible for supporting the core business functions of a global corporate headquarters. Previous roles include Chief Operating Engineer at KW Property Management and Consulting, FirstService Residential Florida, and Resorts World Miami, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive building maintenance and operations management.
