Penny Allen is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development across various industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Fresh Consulting since January 2024, Penny previously held leadership positions such as Vice President of Product and Engineering at Gennev and Vice President of Software Engineering at RE/MAX Real Estate Group, where significant transformation occurred during challenging times. Prior roles include Senior Director at Keller Williams Realty, Director of Engineering at REI and Nike, and Director of Quality Assurance at Deltek, among others. Holding an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Western Governors University and a BSE in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan, Penny combines technical expertise with strategic insight to drive innovation and operational excellence.
