Mylène CAUDY is an experienced IT project manager and LIMS administrator with a strong background in computer administration and user support, currently working at Fresenius Medical Care SMAD since September 2016. Responsibilities include managing the entire IT infrastructure, supporting users, leading IT projects, and developing documentation and procedures. Previous experience includes working as a cashier and drive assistant at Géant Casino and internships at the Centre Hospitalier Intercommunal des Alpes du Sud, focusing on user training solutions and inter-VLAN routing. Mylène holds a Master's degree in IT and Information Systems from Lyon Ynov Campus and has completed a professional license in industrial and computer networks at IUT Lyon 1, as well as a BTS in IT services for organizations.
