Foster Ball serves as the Director of Real Estate Transaction Management at Fresenius Medical Care North America since July 2018, overseeing a high volume of transaction activity and negotiations related to medical clinics and office leases while collaborating with landlords and business unit stakeholders. Prior to this role, Foster was with Autopart International from 1997 to 2017, initially as Director of Store Operations and Real Estate, where guidance was provided for daily operations and collaboration occurred with the president on store performance. Subsequently, as Director/Vice President of Store Development and Real Estate, Foster managed expansion initiatives through strategic planning, resource assembly, and process execution, ensuring successful growth for the company.
