Arturo Cuellar possesses extensive experience in privacy and legal governance across Latin America, currently serving as Privacy Lead for Latin America and Global Support Functions at Fresenius Medical Care since July 2020. Previously, Arturo held positions as Regional Privacy Officer for Latin America at GSK and Regional Data Privacy Officer for Latin America at BT, where Arturo also served as Head of Legal Governance and Compliance for Brazil and North LATAM. Early career roles include Senior Associate at Dentons Cardenas & Cardenas, Senior Corporate Counsel at Cisco Systems, and Associate Corporate Counsel at BearingPoint. Arturo started in the legal field as an Attorney at Texaco and an Associate at Cardenas & Cardenas Abogados, following an internship at Baker & McKenzie. Arturo holds an LL.M from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, a Post Graduate degree in Competition and Antitrust Law from Universidad Javeriana, and a JD from Universidad de Los Andes.
