Dr. Prasad Shetti, PhD, PMP®, currently serves as a Program Manager at Fresenius Kabi, leading initiatives for manufacturing unit closure and capacity shifting while supporting cross-functional project teams. As Head of Communication for the PMI Germany Chapter e.V., Prasad Shetti designs and implements communication strategies to engage both members and non-members. Previous experience includes a role as Sr. Regional Program Manager at Procter & Gamble, where Dr. Shetti successfully launched multiple high-value projects, and various positions at Merck Group, Novartis, and Unichem Laboratories, focusing on project management and analytical chemistry. Dr. Shetti holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
