David Blondeau has over two decades of experience in information security and data privacy, currently serving as RSSI at Croix-Rouge française since July 2021. Prior roles include SSI & Data Protection at SESAN and extensive experience at GE Healthcare, where responsibilities encompassed compliance in data exchange and information security across an international scope. David also held leadership positions such as Program Leader EMEA, managing service organization connectivity infrastructure and serving as a Lead Auditor for ISO/IEC 27001. Early career experience includes roles at Cap Gemini as an Engineer and as a Project Intern in the IT Department at ITCILO. David holds a BSC in Computer Science from Teesside University and further education from Nantes Université.
