Denise Rodine currently serves as EVP of Human Resources at Fremantle, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Denise was a Chief Member at Chief, an organization designed to support senior women leaders, from December 2021 to May 2022. From November 2019 to May 2022, Denise worked as Chief People Officer at Madison Wells, where a people-focused HR strategy was developed. Denise has held significant HR positions at companies such as HBOMax, Endemol Shine North America, and NBCUniversal, where responsibilities included establishing HR functions, managing employee relations, and supporting production divisions. Early career experience includes roles at Sears, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Robert Half, and a paralegal position at Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro LLP. Denise holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Kentucky and a paralegal certification from the National Center for Paralegal Training.
