Nikoloz Bakradze is currently a Student Assistant at Freie Universität Berlin, contributing to data analysis and visualization in the Department of Macro Sociology. Previous experience includes a role as a Junior Researcher at PMCG - Policy and Management Consulting Group and as a Project Assistant for the Georgian Farmers' Association, where responsibilities encompassed technical assistance and project organization. As a Data Analyst, Nikoloz conducted data analysis and maintained databases, and served as a volunteer with the Youth Voices Georgia initiative at The World Bank, focusing on youth needs in Georgia. Additionally, Nikoloz supported the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at the USAID Agriculture Program in developing tools for quality data collection and reporting. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Sociology from Freie Universität Berlin and previous Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Social Sciences and Sociology from various Georgian universities.
