Alicia Farrar has extensive experience in customer support and the insurance industry, currently serving as the Customer Support Manager at Dataworks Development, Inc. (Freezerworks) since February 2014. Prior to this role, Alicia worked as a Personal Injury Adjuster at Farmers Insurance from April 2010 to January 2013, and served as an Assistant to Crime Analyst at Costa Mesa Police Department between 2006 and 2009. Alicia's career began at Chase, where responsibilities as an Operations Supervisor were held from 2000 to 2007. Educationally, Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from California State University, Long Beach, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in the same field from Golden West College.
