Veronica Smith has four years of professional work experience. Veronica began their career in 2014 as a Warehouse Representative 2C at Comcast. Later that same year, they accepted a Supervisor role at The WorkForce Group / FEMA. In 2018, they joined Rural Sourcing as an Analyst I Web Developer and was promoted to Associate Web Developer. Most recently in 2022, they became a Software Engineer at FreeWill.

Veronica Smith attended South Carolina State University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. In 2018, they completed an intensive 17-week software engineering program at Grace Hopper Academy, where they earned a Fullstack Software Engineer certification.
