Billy Maykrantz has over 35 years of experience in commercial electrical construction, primarily in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator at Freestate Electric since July 2018, Billy has held various leadership positions, including General Manager at Chesapeake Electrical Systems, Inc., and Senior Estimator at Natelco Electrical Contractors. Throughout the career, Billy has gained comprehensive expertise in project management and estimation, rooted in early field experience as an electrical technician and foreman. Billy holds an Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology from Columbia Technical Institute.
