Cesar Ramirez Mendoza's work experience includes being a Water Resources and Hydraulic Structures Engineer at Freese and Nichols since February 2020. Prior to this, they were an Undergraduate Research Assistant at École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne from May 2019 to August 2019. Cesar also served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Center for Transportation Infrastructure Systems from November 2016 to March 2019 and at The University of Texas at Austin from May 2018 to August 2018. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Foreman at Barrilleaux Inc in July 2016.

Cesar Ramirez Mendoza holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, which they completed from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their academic qualifications, Cesar has obtained the certification of Engineer In Training from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in March 2020.
