Kristen Andrews has extensive experience in healthcare and customer service, currently serving as an FHN Application Consultant and previously holding roles such as Patient Access Team Leader and PreRegistration for Patient Access at FHN since May 2011. Prior to this, Kristen worked as a Teacher's Aide After School Care at Immanuel Lutheran Church and School from May 2003 to May 2011. Additionally, Kristen gained experience as an IAT Specialist at MetLife for a brief period in early 2011 and held supervisory and leadership positions at Newell Rubbermaid from March 1998 to June 2002, where Kristen was a Call Center Customer Service Supervisor and Call Center Customer Service Team Lead.
