Raul Ruiz, MBA, has over 18 years of experience in various roles, currently serving as a Problem Solving Specialist in Employee Relations at Freeport-McMoRan since October 2005, where advocacy for employees is promoted and complaints are managed through research and data analysis. Prior to this role, Raul held positions as a Lead Blaster and Drone Pilot, focusing on health and safety compliance. Additionally, Raul served in the Arizona Army National Guard as an Ammunition Specialist from April 2004 to April 2013, overseeing safety assessments and documentation for material transportation, and earlier as a Combat Engineer in the US Army from March 2001 to March 2004, where strategic defensive tactics and obstacle removal operations were conducted. Educational achievements include an Executive MBA from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Management and an Associate of Arts in Business Foundations from the University of Phoenix.
