Lisa Schlink is a Manager of Operational Excellence at Freeport-McMoRan, where focus is on implementing agile and lean methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement. With experience as a Chief Innovation Engineer, Lisa utilized Scrum to enhance maintenance reliability and production through cross-functional teamwork. Previous roles include Superintendent at a molybdenum process facility and Chief Process Engineer overseeing water treatment test facilities. Lisa’s career began as a Hydromet Metallurgist in copper mining operations and includes participation in the SME Young Leaders program. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering and a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
