Hunter Huish is a Senior Mine Engineer at Freeport-McMoRan, with a career spanning from July 2014 to the present. Responsible for the execution and optimization of Bagdad Mine Haul Roads, Hunter specializes in short-range planning, survey, and mine optimization, overseeing multiple engineering and surveying teams. Hunter's experience includes leadership roles in mine operations and health and safety, as well as support functions in forecasting, reporting, and planning. Prior to the current position, Hunter held multiple engineering internships at Freeport-McMoRan, building foundational skills in mine surveying and geology. Hunter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Arizona in 2014.
