Marveen C. Hart currently serves as the Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Freeman Company since December 2021. Prior to this role, Marveen held the position of Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at United Way from January 2004 to March 2021, where Marveen developed a strategic business plan and objectives for the extensive United Way network comprising 1,200 organizations across the U.S. Additionally, as Sr. Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at United Way, Marveen provided consultation and technical assistance on DE&I initiatives, and conducted expert presentations for both internal and external audiences focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the network.
