Ken Britton joined Freeman Webb Company in 2009 as a Regional Manager. In this role, he oversees conventional, tax credit, and fee-managed properties, and he has supervised student and senior housing communities, new construction lease-ups, and major property renovations.
Prior to joining Freeman Webb Company, Ken was a regional property manager for The K & D Group, located in Northeast Ohio, responsible for over 2,800 residential units.
Ken began his career in property management and finance over 25 years ago, first joining Key Bank (FKA Society Bank) in Cleveland, Ohio, as a credit analyst and loan officer. He then entered the property management industry in 1988 when forming Eastwing Properties, Inc. As owner and president of this company, he managed residential homes and apartment buildings throughout the greater Cleveland area. In 1993, Ken expanded his management responsibilities by joining Cleveland-based Associated Estates Realty Corporation, first serving as a property manager, then as a regional manager operating high-rise apartment communities in a REIT ownership capacity.
Ken volunteers his time and construction skills to Tuckers House, a Nashville non-profit organization that assists children with disabilities through home modifications for accessibility and safety.
Ken received his B.S. in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio, in 1984.
