Sergio Felton serves as the Director of Housekeeping at CCRC-FREEDOM POINTE AT THE VILLAGES, LLC, since June 2021, overseeing a 456-bed community and securing a deficiency-free AHCA survey. Previously, from April 2018 to June 2021, Sergio held the position of Director of Environmental Services at Healthcare Services Group, Inc., and prior to that was the Director of Housekeeping and Maintenance at Palm Garden from March 2017 to April 2018. Sergio has a rich background in housekeeping and operations management, including roles as Operations Manager at Crothall Healthcare and Assistant Director of Housekeeping at HHS - Hospital Housekeeping Systems. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Florida State University and an Associate of Arts from St. Petersburg College.
