Jeremy Rowe has extensive experience in leisure management, currently serving as Operations Director at Freedom Leisure since October 2015. Previous roles include Regional Director and Head Of Operations at the same organization, Head of Halo at Bridgend (Healthy Living Partnership Manager) at Halo Leisure, and Leisure Services Manager at Caerphilly County Borough Council. Rowe's career began as a Centre Attendant at Cardiff County Council in 1992, progressing through various positions, including General Manager at the City & County of Swansea and Leisure Contract Manager at Caerphilly County Borough Council Leisure DSO. Educational qualifications include a B.A. (Hons) in Sport & Leisure Management from UWIC, an M.Sc. in Recreation Management from Loughborough University, and completion of the Executive Leadership Programme at Sport Wales / First Ascent.
