Damien Lee is an experienced professional currently serving as House Manager at Freedom House and Freedom House Recovery Center since October 2024, and as a back of house team member at Ross Stores, Inc. Prior roles include peer support specialist at Project Transition and Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional at Abound Health. Damien has also worked as a Counselor at Easterseals UCP North Carolina & Virginia, Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Consolidated, and Back of House Lead at Burlington Stores, Inc. With a solid background in intensive in-home support as a Qualified Professional at Coastal Horizons Center, Inc., and coaching experience from Playworks, Damien possesses a diverse skill set in social services and retail sectors. Currently pursuing a master's degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Damien holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
