Lauren Castelluccio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, operations, and project coordination within the solar energy sector. At Freedom Forever since April 2019, Lauren has held multiple roles, culminating in the position of Senior Program Manager. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Sunrun, where Lauren managed residential solar energy projects, processed contract reviews with minimal errors, and trained new team members. Additional experience spans management roles at Marley Coffee and Big Deal Enterprises, as well as a supervisory position at Starbucks. Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Proficient in advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce reporting, Lauren brings a customer-driven approach to creating sustainable energy solutions.
