Matthew Pugh is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, sales, and consulting. Currently serving as a Debt Consultant at Freedom Financial Network since September 2022, Matthew previously held the position of Campus Pastor at Hillsong Church Phoenix from May 2018 to May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Executive Assistant at City of Grace and a Workforce Management Coordinator at TriVita. Matthew began a career in ministry as a Venue Team Member at Hillsong Church and gained early experience in sales at Best In Show Billiards and as a Personal Assistant at Faithworld. Matthew's educational background includes an Advanced Diploma of Ministry in Pastoral Leadership from Hillsong International Leadership College and training at Faithworld Masters Commission.
