Yolanda Cummings is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in management, leadership development, and organizational initiatives. Currently serving as General Manager, People at Snooze since April 2015, Yolanda provides strategic advice, oversees compliance in employment relations, and drives employee engagement through various programs, including the Snooze Academy. Previously, Yolanda held several roles at Freedom, including Management Specialist & L&D Consultant and National Learning and Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed national leadership training, program development, and mentoring. Earlier career achievements include managing a national team of Interior Decorators and successfully operating flagship stores in Adelaide and Perth. Yolanda holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resources and Management from Edith Cowan University and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from First Choice Training.
