Justin Ranton is a seasoned Product and UX Designer with extensive experience in brand and marketing design, conversion rate optimization, and product surface UX design. Currently serving as a Product & UX Designer at Freed and the Owner of Blkhōl Design Studio, Justin also actively participates as a member of the Design Leadership Forum and the Digital Medicine Society. Previous roles include Associate Director of User Experience at BD and Director of UX at AliveCor Inc., where Justin managed global UX teams and led significant initiatives such as establishing internship programs and advocating for dedicated UX budgets. Justin's career highlights include contributions at Facebook and Ameren, along with leadership roles in design thinking and innovation. Justin holds advanced training in executive design leadership from the Chief Design Officer School and pursued education at East Texas A&M University.
