Saul Rizo Gutiérrez has a diverse work experience. Saul started their career in 2014 at Colegio de los Altos, where they held multiple roles including English Second Language Coordinator and Teacher. During their time there, they managed a team of teachers, implemented teaching tools for English instruction, and prepared a student for an English oratory competition. In 2015, they also worked as a self-employed private tutor.
In 2017, Saul volunteered at Legambiente, an Italian environmental organization, where they collaborated with individuals from different parts of the world on an environmental project in the Alps.

Saul Rizo Gutiérrez completed their education from 2016 to 2019 at UnADM, where they obtained a degree in IngenierÃa en tecnologÃa ambiental (Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology). In addition to their formal education, they have also pursued various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Some of their certifications include "Delivering a world-class customer support experience" from Intercom in June 2022, "Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365)" from LinkedIn in June 2022, and "Build Your Skills In Customer Service" from LinkedIn in August 2021. Other certifications include "De-Escalating Intense Situations," "Building Rapport with Customers," "Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers," "Customer Service Foundations," "Customer Service: Call Control Strategies," "Customer Service: Handling Abusive Customers," "Customer Service: Problem Solving and Troubleshooting," and "Cuarta revolución Industrial: Data science." Saul also obtained a certification in "Green Building Concepts Foundations" from LinkedIn in May 2020.
