Sr. UX/UI Designer at Free Range Games

Quinn Le has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2006, they started as an IT Intern at Paramit Corporation. The following year, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Paceworks, Inc. In 2009, they became a Graphic Design Intern at WAGIC, Inc., where they contributed to the creation of graphics and animations for print, TV, and film media.

Quinn joined Activision in 2012 and held multiple positions. They worked as a Central User-Testing Moderator, responsible for the intake and data collection of play testers. They also maintained user testing labs and facilitated streaming and recording of user tests. In 2014, they became a User Research Assistant, conducting user-testing studies to evaluate game design and usability. Quinn then took on the role of Central User-Testing Lead Moderator, organizing and executing studies for several titles and reporting findings to development teams.

In 2016, Quinn transitioned to a Junior Designer role at Infinity Ward, where they worked on multiplayer and UI design for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. They designed multiplayer Mission Team factions and the Armory Quartermaster. In 2017, they joined Sledgehammer Games as an Associate UX Designer, contributing to the UI Team and focusing on wireframes and behavior/flow documentation for new frontend menus and HUD, specifically for Call of Duty: WWII's Nazi Zombies mode.

In 2018, Quinn returned to Activision as a UI/UX Designer, working on new projects with a focus on UI design conception, wireframing, implementation, and iteration. They also joined Toys For Bob as a UI/UX Designer, where they worked on Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time, creating user interfaces from concept through implementation and bug-fixing.

Most recently, in 2021, Quinn joined Free Range Games as a Sr. UX/UI Designer.

Quinn Le pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Interactive Entertainment from the University of Southern California, where they attended from 2008 to 2012.
