Benthe Priester is a seasoned policy and advocacy officer currently serving at Free Press Unlimited since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a policy officer focusing on human rights and political-legal UN affairs at the Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken, as well as various positions in youth advocacy and community building at organizations such as CHOICE for Youth & Sexuality and Plan International Nederland. Benthe holds two cum laude Master’s degrees from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in Law and Politics of International Security, and in International Crimes, Conflict and Criminology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam. Educational achievements also include an Erasmus+ Exchange in International Relations at Ecole de Gouvernance et d'Economie de Rabat and participation in the United Nations International Student Conference.
