Svetlana Silew is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management. Currently serving as a Senior CRM Manager at FREE NOW since November 2020, Svetlana has previously held the position of CRM Manager at Olympus Europa SE & Co. KG from July 2018 to November 2020 and at reBuy reCommerce GmbH from July 2012 to January 2018. Prior to that, Svetlana undertook a working holiday in Australia for a few months in early 2018 and started a career at KHP Marketing Services GmbH as a Promoter from September 2011 to July 2012. Svetlana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Hanze and a Bachelor of Arts in International Marketing from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
