Taylor Murphy is a Learning and Development Specialist at Fredrickson Learning since October 2024, following experience as a Lead Learning Experience Designer at Ease Learning, which acquired Freedom Learning Group in December 2023. Previously, Taylor served as a Learning Designer at Freedom Learning Group and as a Learning Systems Strategist at Booz Allen Hamilton, where significant contributions included leading training initiatives for the National Cemetery Administration and providing instructional design support to various military projects. Earlier career roles included Instructional Systems Designer at ACLC, LLC, Captivate Developer at Argo Group, and Instructional Designer at the University of Northwestern - St. Paul. Taylor holds a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
