Mathilde H. currently serves as a Praktikant i forskningsprojektet FoodACT at Frederiksberg Hospital, focusing on research related to children's health, well-being, and motivation through the school garden project. Additionally, Mathilde holds the position of External Relations Officer at Circle Centre Lund and has been the Bestyrelsesformand and Instruktør at Gribskov FamilieSvøm. Previous roles include Administrative Student Assistant at Plastindustrien, Grøn Guide at Odense Renovation, and Kystlivredder at Nordkystens Livredningstjeneste. Mathilde has extensive experience in sports and recreation, having served as an Instruktør at Helsingør Svømmeklub and a Picoline at Unwire. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Ecology from Lund University and a Bachelor's degree in Market and Management Anthropology from the University of Southern Denmark, along with an exchange semester at Hawaii Pacific University.
