Michael Ellis has extensive experience in technical recruiting, currently serving as a Senior Recruiting Manager at Frederick Fox since November 2023, focusing on client deliverables. Previously, Michael held various roles at The Hollister Group from August 2010 to October 2023, including Director of Technology Recruiting, where responsibilities encompassed leading a technology delivery team of 8-12 recruiters, as well as interviewing, hiring, and training. Other notable positions included Lead Technical Recruiter and Senior Technical Recruiter, consistently recognized for high performance. Earlier experience includes roles at Open Systems Technologies, where Michael served as the only technical recruiter in the Boston office and specialized in financial services recruiting. Michael earned a BA in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2007.
