Sandra McCombe Waller is an experienced professional currently holding the position of Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs/ Dean of Health, Business, Technology, and Science at Frederick Community College. Prior to this role, Sandra served as an Associate Professor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. With a background as a Physical Therapist at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Sandra has earned multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Science and a Master's in Learning Design and Technology.
