Glenn Gaviller is an experienced professional in the field of social services, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Supervised Consumption Services at Fred Victor since October 2019. In this role, Glenn oversees daily operations, fosters community partnerships, recruits and develops talent, promotes collaboration across programs, implements staff wellness initiatives, and engages in advocacy for community needs. Prior to this, Glenn worked as a Health Promotion Harm Reduction Worker at Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre and held various roles at The Salvation Army, including Safe Consumption Service Counsellor and Client Support Worker. Glenn holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Guelph and an education in Social Service Work from George Brown College.
