Asa Tate is an experienced development professional with a strong background in fundraising and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Wellspring Family Services since April 2019, Asa has previously held notable positions, including President of AFP Advancement Northwest and Senior Director of Mission Advancement at Make-A-Wish Alaska and Washington, where responsibilities included leading premier fundraising channels. Additional experience includes roles at PBS, KCTS 9, Women's Funding Alliance, Technology Access Foundation, Food Lifeline, and Girl Scouts - Totem Council, demonstrating expertise in donor engagement and fund development. Asa holds a BA in English with a French minor from Western Washington University and has completed leadership development programs at the Center for Creative Leadership and Leadership Tomorrow.
