Natalia Fernández Laviada has extensive experience in occupational risk prevention and organizational management, currently serving as Subdirectora General de Prevención, Calidad y Comunicación at Fraternidad-Muprespa since February 2002. In this role, Natalia defines and establishes policies related to communication, quality, and environmental management, directing the organization’s relationships with public institutions and overseeing services related to labor risk prevention. Previous positions include Subdirectora General de Organización y Red, where Natalia coordinated the organization's network and ensured compliance with management directives, and Directora Provincial de Cantabria, focusing on the integration of health services for mutualists and autonomous individuals. Additionally, Natalia has served as a docente at the Instituto de Seguridad y Bienestar Laboral for various master's programs. Educational achievements include a recent postgraduate degree in Corporate Reputation, Communication, and ESG Sustainability from the University of Navarra, along with multiple qualifications in health, safety, and organizational management from various institutions.
