Drew Paddon, CPHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources, Training, and Organizational Development at Fraser Valley Aboriginal Child and Family Services Society since May 2022. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Molson Coors from November 2018 to May 2022, Sr Human Resources Manager at Rossdown Farms & Natural Foods, and HR Business Partner at Nestlé Waters North America. Drew also held the position of Chairman of the Board at Many Nations Co-Op and Human Resources Manager at Seabird Island Band, managing HR for over 300 employees. Earlier experiences include roles at Stream Global Services and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, focusing on various HR functions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Carleton University and a Workplace Mental Health Leadership Certificate from Queen's University.
