David Oakley is a Senior Consultant specializing in nuclear decommissioning at Frazer-Nash Consultancy, with a career spanning over a decade in the nuclear industry. Experience includes supporting EDF generation as lead project engineer for a significant tank replacement project and roles within Nuclear and Process Safety teams. Prior positions at Sellafield Ltd featured operations support and management in nuclear effluent treatment facilities, as well as stakeholder collaboration on high-hazard projects.
