Toby Mancini possesses extensive experience in horticulture and landscape management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Maintenance Account Manager at Franz Witte Landscape Contracting since December 2016, Toby has previously held positions including Vineyard Manager at 3 Horse Ranch Vineyards and Horticulture Director at Idaho Botanical Garden. With strong expertise in managing horticultural facilities, budgeting, coaching teams, and enhancing horticultural displays, Toby has consistently demonstrated leadership and operational efficiency. A graduate of California State Polytechnic University-Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in Ornamental Horticulture, Toby also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Saddleback College, further solidifying a foundation in the field.
