Sue Baker GAICD is an experienced professional with a strong background in management, customer experience, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Councillor at Frankston City Council since November 2020, Sue has previously held prominent roles including General Manager of Culture, Learning and Capability at Aruma and Learning and Development Manager at Cerebral Palsy Alliance. With extensive experience in designing and implementing training programs, fostering client relationships, and evaluating projects, Sue has worked across various sectors, including consultancy, operations, and training management.
