Kepan Qiao is a seasoned Project Manager/Coordinator with extensive experience in the architecture and design industry, currently overseeing renewal projects for the Frankston City Council since August 2015. Prior to this role, Kepan served as an Architect at NH Architecture, contributing to various shopping center renovations and expansions. Previous positions include work at DesignInc Sydney on healthcare projects, Architectus and Detail 3 focusing on rail and retail sectors, and serving as Project Architect at Suters Architects and Rothelowman Architects, specializing in educational and high-end residential projects. Kepan began the architectural career as a Graduate Architect at DARYL JACKSON PTY LTD, gaining experience across public buildings and community facilities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Melbourne.
