Marché Pleshette is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, employee engagement, and organizational development. As the Owner of Extraordinary Outcomes since July 2004, Marché specializes in leadership and transition coaching, personal and professional development, and motivational speaking. Concurrently, Marché has served as a Senior Consultant at FranklinCovey since May 2006 and was a Consultant at Career Systems International from June 2007 to 2010, focusing on employee retention and engagement. Prior roles include Employee Retention Manager at Grady Health System (August 1996 - July 2007), where Marché emphasized creating a positive culture, and Regional Director at the American Lung Association of Georgia (April 1990 - July 1996). Marché holds a Coach Certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and a degree from the University of West Georgia.
